Required Education:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree is required.
Required CertificationCSP certification required, or any certification which is related to

- OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs and machine safety
- Fall Protection requirements and implementation
- ISO 45001 and
ISO 14001

Position Overview:
Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist to provide on-the-floor EHS support at our manufacturing facility
Job Duties:
- Conducting routine floor audits and safety observations
- Supporting employee engagement and safety initiatives
- Assisting with incident investigations and corrective action follow-up
- Monitoring compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures
- Providing guidance and coaching to operators, supervisors, and managers on EHS matters
- Assisting with hazard identification and risk reduction activities
- Supporting safety training and communication efforts as needed
- Maintaining EHS documentation and assisting with compliance-related activities
- Dock safety, including pedestrian and powered industrial vehicle interactions
- Risk assessment and hazard identification methodologies
- Incident investigation and corrective action processes
- Employee safety engagement and behaviour-based safety initiatives
