Manufacturing Associate Position Summary The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for supporting production operations by assembling, inspecting, packaging, and handling products in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. This role helps ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing and production equipment according to established procedures. Assemble products and components following work instructions and quality standards. Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products to ensure quality compliance. Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions or safety concerns. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain housekeeping standards and keep work areas clean and organized. Assist with inventory management and material handling activities. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred. Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and production schedules.
