First Shift Location:

Holland, Ohio We are growing our manufacturing operation in Holland, Ohio, and are looking for reliable people to join our production team. This is a full-time, weekday opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and working as part of a team. As a Production Associate, you will contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality windows while gaining experience across several areas of our facility. Employees have the opportunity to learn different processes and cross-train in multiple departments, making this a great position for someone looking to develop their manufacturing skills. What You'll Do Perform assigned manufacturing and assembly tasks based on daily production needs. Move between work areas and departments as needed to keep production running efficiently. Use hand tools and production equipment safely and properly. Maintain company standards for safety, workmanship, and quality. Keep your workstation and surrounding production areas clean, organized, and ready for work. What We're Looking For Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of a production environment. Basic knowledge of hand tools. Dependable transportation and consistent attendance. A reliable, team-oriented approach to work. Experience That Helps Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or similar hands-on experience is a plus.
