Job Title:
General Production Worker Job Description We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented general production workers to join a leading manufacturer of tire repair products. Successful candidates will be part of one of four groups, focusing on packaging, pinning, pressing, or milling. Each role involves specific tasks vital to the production process.
Responsibilities Packaging:
Pack finished products into boxes, ensuring consistency and quality in a repetitive environment.
Pinning:
Use a microscope to insert small pins into the product with precision.
Press:
Operate machinery to press patch parts, contributing to the final product.
Mill:
Assist with the operation of equipment that produces rubber, maintaining efficiency and safety. Essential Skills Previous manufacturing experience is a must. Ability to work in a repetitive environment with attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in machine operation is a plus. Experience with assembly, particularly under a microscope, is beneficial. Why Work Here? The facility may have a rubber smell due to the nature of the products.
There are two shifts available:
the first shift runs from 5:30 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday with seven openings, and the second shift is from 2:45 PM to 1:15 AM, Monday through Thursday, with four openings. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of
