• Load and operate CNC tube bender and final assembly.
• Load and operate CNC flaring machine and final assembly.
• Works with speed and accuracy in a busy production operation.
• Read and follow instructions on a job sheet.
• Visual inspection of bends compared to a sample.
• Maintaining a clean & safe work environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications Machine Operation and Machinery skills Quality Control capabilities Strong communication skills Experience with Hand Tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment Attention to detail and accuracy in work tasks Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects Physical Demands

• May be required to stand for long periods of time.
• May involve some repetitive motions.
• May also engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts.
• May involve lifting up to 60 lbs.
• May involve climbing a 10 ft rolling ladder to reach raw tubing materials. Education
