Duties Assist with the assembly of components using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly techniques Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the facility Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and quality standards Handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks while adhering to safety protocols Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards in production Follow manufacturing documentation accurately to track production progress and quality control Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing experience is highly preferred, especially in assembly and shipping/warehouse environments Familiarity with manufacturing management systems and interpreting production documents Mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly techniques Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not mandatory Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing principles Experience with warehouse operations, measuring instruments, technical drawings, and process improvement methods Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and long periods of standing or walking Join us if you're eager to contribute your hands-on skills in a vibrant manufacturing setting!
