Shop Production Associate Local Manufacturing Facility Pay:

$18.00-$20.00+/hr (Based on experience and skills) Adecco is currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a Shop Production Associate position with a local manufacturing company. Responsibilities Assist with the operation of production equipment and machinery Follow work instructions and quality standards Perform basic measurements and inspections of products Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support production goals while working as part of a team Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills Ability to use measuring tools and equipment or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and positive work ethic Willingness to learn new skills and work overtime when needed Experience with machine shop equipment is a plus

Pay Details:
