Work Schedule:

3:00pm

• 11:00pm (2nd shift variable based on assigned work) Overtime is possible and will be either 4 hours before or after the regular shift. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. History of safe work practices. Prior experience in a warehouse
• shipping/receiving
• logistics environment is required. Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and implement to Quality standards. Achieve a qualified score on the job skills assessment

Job Overview:

As part of our Liquid Pouch Production team, you will be delivering supplies to machines & processing kettles that make anything from ranch to syrup. Responsibilities & Duties

• May include
• but isn't limited to: Perform all functions as outlined in the "Packer, General Help and Machine Operator" Job descriptions.

Effectively direct daily production activities under the guidance of the production supervisor. Train personnel to complete work assignments according to the work group instructions and company procedures, including safety rules, GMP's, Quality issues, scrap reduction etc. Accurately confirm production counts and review all production paperwork for accuracy and enter the data into HOTS Maintain employee time accurately on the time and attendance system Effectively communicate pertinent information to supervisor and to other departments Assist supervisor in maintaining department records Staging ingredients

• moving packaging and product for production runs Maintaining housekeeping in the department Operating filling equipment; making minor changes Machine rinsing and cleaning, assisting in machine set ups, ensuring accurate hourly machine counts so that visual boards can be filled out accurately.

Labeling sides and ends of boxes. Placing stickers or other identifying information as requested by customer. Helping with 5S and other projects

• advises inventory specialist of potential or ongoing inventory problems
• works closely with lead and/or supervisor to ensure production requirements and customer satisfaction. Inspecting locations in his / her designated area to ensure product safety by changing pallets (as needed
