You'll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It's hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow. What Gets You Hired High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts (microscopes/magnification) Ability to follow written work instructions in English Strong communication and teamwork skills Frequent standing, sitting, and repetitive hand movements Lift up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred:
