Production Associate ICS Wurth Electronics ICS, Inc. - 3.1 Miamisburg, OH Job Details 23 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Perform manufacturing, assembly, and other functions as required while maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of the job and meeting customer expectations. Performs basic assembly of electronic component parts and other manufacturing processes accurately, on a timely basis and with a high level of quality. Job Responsibilities Use of basic tools including torque assemblies. Operate press including mask assembly. Use computer-based testing units. Ensures compliance with health and safety laws, initiatives, regulations, and best practices. Review and follow work orders and production cards to assure accuracy and quality of products produced. Utilize computer data screens for job performance and update records as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. One to two years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred. Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is a plus but not required. Basic computer and math skills. Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and schematic diagrams. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production equipment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform in a fast-paced production environment and meet production goals. Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday. Ability to use hands and fingers to handle small components and tools.
