Job Description

Job Summary We are hiring a full-time Production & Inventory Associate to support daily production, inventory control, production reporting, data entry, and warehouse operations in our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role that combines working on the production floor with computer-based reporting and inventory tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience in production, inventory, warehouse operations, or data entry, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Accurately enter daily production reports into company systems Verify production quantities, work orders, and production records Maintain accurate production, packaging, and inventory documentation Process inventory transactions and stock updates Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts Investigate and report inventory discrepancies Print labels and prepare production documentation Support daily production and warehouse operations, including material movement and organization Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, inventory, or data entry preferred Strong computer and data entry skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office is an asset Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Basic math skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to work comfortably in a manufacturing environment Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Full-time, permanent position Weekly pay Stable work environment On-the-job training Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment
