Description Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
12-Hour Shifts (Day or Night)
Day Shift:
7:00 AM - 7:00
PM Night Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule Position Summary We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our glass manufacturing team. This position involves operating production equipment, inspecting glass products for quality, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Package and prepare finished products for shipment Follow production schedules and work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Assist with general production tasks as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and safety Reliable attendance and punctuality Benefits Competitive hourly pay Consistent full-time schedule Overtime opportunities may be available Training provided Opportunity for advancement 2-2-3 Schedule Example Employees work: Week 1: Monday-Tuesday, Friday-Sunday Week 2: Wednesday-Thursday This schedule provides every other weekend off while maintaining full-time hours. Pay Details:
