AM Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated Manufacturing Technicians to join a leading solar manufacturing facility in Perrysburg, OH. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working with advanced technology, and contributing to the production of renewable energy products. As a Production Operator, you will safely operate production equipment, support manufacturing processes, perform quality inspections, and help maintain efficient production flow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment Perform routine quality inspections and verify product specifications Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the production process Monitor process data and accurately document production information Utilize basic computer systems, software interfaces, and mobile devices Communicate effectively during shift transitions and team meetings Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 3 months of general work experience preferred Strong commitment to workplace safety Basic math, reading, and writing skills Ability to troubleshoot basic issues and think critically Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Ability to frequently lift up to 37 pounds and occasionally lift up to 58 pounds Ability to distinguish red, yellow, and green safety or quality indicators Ability to wear required PPE, including steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and cut-resistant gloves Apply Today!
