Salem Stones, a fast-growing Granite Memorial distributor, is looking for a Production Associate with a desire to learn all aspects of the department. We are looking for a hard-working individual with a positive attitude, who takes initiative, and possesses an eagerness to learn.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Apply stencils and designs to monument Operate sandblast equipment to blast design and lettering into granite monument Litho-paint sandblasted design and lettering elements in granite Remove stencil & wash granite monument for final inspection and shipment. Push monuments along conveyors, and in and out of sandblast booths Adhere to all safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines Other tasks as assigned Lead by example according to our company's values:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work in a fast paced, manufacturing work environment. High level of attention to detail required. Artistic skills a plus. Sandblast experience a plus. Experience with a crane and/or forklift a plus.

Work Hours:

7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday with overtime opportunities

Compensation:

Up to $20/hour
