• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load raw materials into the manufacturing process.
• Monitor product quality and identify defects.
• Package finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and changeovers as needed. What We're Looking For
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
