This is a hands-on production role in a team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Operate a variety of production machines and equipment Support production across multiple lines while maintaining quality and output standards Assist with material or coil changeovers Remove, pack, rework, and repack finished products as needed Perform visual and gauge-based inspections to ensure product quality Complete simple machine setups and basic troubleshooting when needed Maintain accurate production counts and records Support other production departments as needed Take ownership of product quality and stop work when nonconforming material is identified Follow quality system procedures and complete assigned quality-related tasks Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing experience is a plus Required Skills Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, prints, and control plans Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and other hand tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, reach, grasp, and lift throughout the shift Ability to visually inspect parts and use measuring tools accurately Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment Comfortable working in a loud production setting with exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, fumes, or coolant Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life, disability, and AD&D insurance Optional critical illness and accident coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Wellness or exercise reimbursement Growth Opportunity This company offers structured training, cross-training opportunities, continuous improvement involvement, and long-term career growth within a supportive manufacturing environment. #LP Production Associate 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Valley City, OH $18.50
