Job Description

Canduct Industries is a leading manufacturer in electrical insulation, primarily used for cooling in oil cooled transformers. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Production Worker in Boardman, OH. Job Responsibilities:
Complete sub-assembly of customized kits using various tools and machinery. Ensure parts are built to the blueprint specifications. Using tape measures and calipers to conduct quality checks. Using table saws, drill presses, hand tools, etc., to assist in making parts for customers. Assemble parts together using glue and other adhesives. Assist with packaging goods to be shipped. Maintain a clean work environment. Adhere to the health and safety guidelines. Work fluidly with other departments to ensure products are shipped out on time. Additional duties as assigned within your department.
Qualified Candidates will have:
1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in a woodworking environment. Ability to work in a team setting and work independently with minimal supervision. Great attendance is a critical requirement. Strong attention to detail. Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings. Basic Math skills - ability to measure and calculate. The ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, which may include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, standing, walking, repetitive motion, and other job specific requirements. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
