We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Experienced Mill Helper to join our client's team in Youngstown, OH. • 7 PM and 7 PM
• 7 AM, or three shifts: 7 AM
• 3 PM, 3 PM
• 11 PM, and 11 PM
• 7 AM.

Pay $23.25 per hour Key Responsibilities Assist operator in loading coils onto pay-off reel Operate jib cranes Set up and tear down the exit end racking Assist the operator in stacking finished goods into proper packaging Clean and paint equipment Keep the work area organized and clean Band and wrap finished goods according to packaging specifications Perform other duties as assigned by supervision Minimum Requirements Experience in manufacturing and mill environments Safety awareness, teamwork, responsibility, and initiative Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Ability to read measurement tools (tape measure, caliper, micrometer) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, read manufacturing orders, quality check sheets, and part drawings High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Have Skills Experience with jib cranes Knowledge of banding and wrapping techniques Familiarity with measurement tools Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a production or mill setting Other Requirements Ability to push, pull, and lift 75 lbs repeatedly Ability to stand for the full duration of the scheduled shift On-site work environment Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Direct Deposit Weekly Pay More benefits available once hired in Ready to take the next step? by contacting us or visiting our website!
