This role is ideal for a driven technical specialist who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys being directly involved in process execution, troubleshooting, and optimization. Key Responsibilities Oversee and execute the water atomization process for producing high-quality metal powders. Assist with equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and ongoing process optimization. Monitor production parameters to ensure adherence to strict quality control standards. Perform routine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on atomization equipment. Collaborate with production team members to improve efficiency, yield, and safety.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
