Production Operator Pay:

Starting at $14.50 per hour Earn up to $16.50 per hour through our Level Up Program! Join Our Team We are looking for dependable, hardworking Production Operators to join our Processing Department. In this role, you will operate commercial laundry equipment, inspect finished products, and help ensure our customers receive high-quality linens every day. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to meet you. Available Shifts Choose from one of the following full-time shifts: 3:30 AM

• 12:15 PM 4:00 AM
• 12:45 PM 10:00 AM
• 6:45 PM 11:00 AM
• 7:45 PM Our facility operates 7 days a week , so schedule flexibility is required.

What You'll Do Operate commercial washers, dryers, ironers, folders, and other production equipment. Set up and adjust equipment to meet customer quality standards. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality expectations. Keep your work area clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work with your team to meet daily production goals. Help identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency. What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, production, or commercial laundry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to read and follow safety instructions. Comfortable working in hot and cold environments. Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail.
