Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery, including forklifts and power tools, following safety procedures and operational guidelines Assemble components using hand tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical assembly techniques to meet production specifications Interpret technical drawings and production documents accurately to ensure precise assembly and quality control Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy items safely and managing materials throughout the production process Monitor and maintain adherence to safety standards, including safety protocol compliance and lean manufacturing principles Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to optimize workflow Manage inventory levels, perform routine inspections, and document production activities to support manufacturing management Requirements Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with familiarity in assembly line operations Ability to interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and measurement data accurately Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Prior experience with forklift operation or certification is highly desirable Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including heavy lifting and manual handling protocols Experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams is a plus Demonstrated commitment to process improvement, quality assurance, and safety protocol adherence Embark on a rewarding career where your skills directly impact product quality and operational success!
