• 4:30 PM Possible Overtime on Fridays Short-Term Assignment (Approximately 4-5 Weeks) We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Helper to assist our production team during a busy period.

This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 4-5 weeks and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with basic welding experience are preferred, but it is not required . The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools. Responsibilities Assist employees across multiple departments including Fabrication, Assembly, Paint, and Blast Move materials, parts, and equipment throughout the facility Help stage parts and materials for production Assist with basic production and shop support tasks Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Perform routine shop cleanup including sweeping, trash removal, and general housekeeping Assist with facility maintenance tasks, including non-production painting using brushes and rollers Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs Qualifications Mechanical aptitude required Experience using hand tools and power tools Welding experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable with regular attendance Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Work Environment Manufacturing/shop setting Facility is not climate controlled Must be able to work in varying temperatures and industrial conditions Requirements Must pass a background check (non-violent offenses may be considered) Must pass a full-panel drug screen Must be authorized to work in the United States If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and are looking for a short-term opportunity with a consistent schedule, please submit your resume.
