Thump Coffee - PT Roastery Production Assistant Help produce coffee that ends up in people's daily lives. At Thump, you'll work alongside a small team that cares deeply about quality, consistency, and serving people well. We're looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented to help support our daily roastery production and wholesale operations. The Role Part-Time Roastery Production Assistant position, 4 days/week. Based out of our Roastery in Bend, Oregon. Shifts are typically 8am-4pm.

Pay:

$20-23/hr depending on experience What You'll Do Package coffee for Thump cafes, wholesale partners, and online orders Prepare coffee orders for deliveries and shipments Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient production space Support daily production schedules and workflow alongside the roastery team Learn Thump's blends, coffees, and production systems Assist with deliveries on an as-needed basis Work with a disciplined, fun crew that works hard for each other What You Bring Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment Ability to communicate clearly and work well on a team Willingness to receive feedback and continue learning Dependability and consistency Belief that ordinary things can be used for extraordinary good Must be 18 years or older Perks & Pay $20/hr starting, up to $23/hr Free shift meal After 1 year:

Expect to:

Lift and carry boxes and coffee bags up to 70 pounds Stand and move for most of your shift Work around loud machinery and production equipment Push/pull carts, boxes, and production materials Bend, reach, clean, organize, and restock throughout the day Learn to safely operate equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
