Our team is seeking a diligent and dedicated Packaging Associate to join our active wood prefinishing facility. In this role, you will handle the final preparation of wood goods, get orders ready for transit, and contribute to various warehouse tasks within our production floor. While prior forklift operation is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement for this role. Core Responsibilities Ready finished wood items for distribution to customers Organize, wrap, label, and stack inventory to ensure efficient storage Help the team by loading and unloading various products Help maintain a clean and organized work area for the entire team Adhere to established safety protocols and production standards Provide general support to warehouse and production staff as needed Utilize a forklift in a safe manner if you hold current certification Required Qualifications Consistent and punctual attendance Physical capability to lift and transport materials during your shift Comfortable performing tasks within a warehouse or production environment Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure quality outcomes Capacity to function effectively both solo and as part of a group Previous forklift experience is helpful but not essential Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage of $19 Consistent full-time employment Potential for professional advancement within the organization A collaborative and helpful workplace culture We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our staff.
