Qualifications Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- An associate degree in manufacturing technology or a related field is preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
- Proven track record of adhering to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with manufacturing software and data entry.
