Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This is a temp-to-hire position. Full Job Description We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Production Worker to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position where you will play an important role in building, preparing, and packaging products for shipment. The ideal candidate will have previous production or manufacturing experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in daily production and manufacturing tasks Build skids and prepare finished products for shipment Operate machinery and production equipment safely Perform quality inspections throughout the production process Follow production instructions and safety procedures Communicate effectively with team members and office staff Help maintain quality standards and identify production issues Track orders and production milestones to meet deadlines Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Use electric and pneumatic tools including saws and nail guns

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment Experience using electric and pneumatic tools Lift up to 50 pounds regularly Read a tape measure accurately Construction experience helpful but not required

Pay:

$23.00 per hour
