Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, trucks, and power tools to process raw materials into finished firewood products Use hand tools and power tools to cut, split, and assemble wood Maintain an organized workspace by adhering to safety standards in production and cleaning work areas regularly Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while following proper ergonomic practices to handle logs and finished products Conduct routine machine inspections, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime Follow safety protocols diligently, including power tool safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Measure materials accurately for quality control Assist in warehouse operations such as inventory management, shipping, receiving, and storage of materials Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, machinery, and power tools for woodworking or fabrication environments Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing environments and strict adherence to safety protocols Comfortable performing heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomic practicesJoin us in producing top-tier firewood products through skilled craftsmanship combined with safe machine operation.
