In this role, you'll contribute to the creation of exceptional men's jewelry—helping turn raw components into refined, consistent pieces that meet our uncompromising standards. This isn't bench jewelry work. We're looking for grounded, team-focused individuals with grit, calm focus, and a love of craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities:
Operate Automated Machinery:
Proficiently run and monitor jewelry manufacturing equipment, performing routine checks and adjustments.
Packaging:
Accurately package finished jewelry according to brand standards, ensuring proper labeling and protection.
Assembly Support:
Assist with jewelry assembly using small hand tools, setting stones, attaching clasps, and joining components. Inspect for quality defects.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods, performing tasks requiring fine motor skills with a great deal of repetition.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
