Schedule:
Monday-Friday, five 8-hour shifts with a flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM This is a temp-to-hire position. Full Job Description Our client is seeking reliable Production Workers to join a busy manufacturing team. This role involves reading work orders, sorting and packaging parts, performing basic quality inspections, and preparing products for shipment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality work. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and follow work orders and production instructions Package parts and finished products for shipment Sort materials and products accurately Perform basic quality control inspections Identify and separate non-conforming products Maintain an organized and clean work area Assist with general production and warehouse tasks Work safely while meeting production goals
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or packaging experience preferred. Experience with quality control, inspection, sorting, or packaging is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
