Full-time Position Summary:

Dedicated and skilled (preferred) Sewing Operator. Strong background in garment construction and fabricating, with hands-on experience using sewing machines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate sewing machines to fabricate garments according to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct quality checks (2 out of 10 pieces) to ensure they meet company standards. Always use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when operating machines. Practice safety every day and help to report all safety concerns. Place product coupons on the daily timesheet. Willing to work on multiple categories / products. Responsible for changing the thread on their machines. Supervisors will provide you with thread and material. Take responsibility for mistakes and repair if/when needed. Fill in the time out on the daily timesheet and hand it over to the supervisor's desk. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA): Sewing experience preferred but not needed. We will train. Bilingual preferred but not required. Strong attendance. Education/Certification Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (preferred)

Physical, Cognitive, Safety and Environmental Demands:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions as required Using required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Ensuring that work equipment is equipped with the necessary safety devices before beginning any task and reporting any damaged or missing devices immediately. Able to lift up to 10 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to focus, reason, and respond effectively to workplace demands Be able to work extended hours in a hot environment. Keeping evacuation routes and fire/emergency equipment areas clean, organized, and unobstructed. Maintaining proper working posture and performing recommended ergonomic exercises. Ensuring the correct care and proper use of workplace facilities. This position requires long extended period of time to be sitting.
