Production Worker Blairsville, PA Starting at $17.00 per hour | Full-Time | Union Position Are you looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing? Isoclima Specialty Glass, a glass products manufacturer in Blairsville, PA, is actively hiring Production Workers to join our team. No prior experience is required - we'll train you! What You'll Do As a Production Worker, you'll perform a variety of hands-on tasks in departments such as Laminating, Insulation, Tempering, and PQ&S. You'll help create high-quality glass products used across many industries while learning new skills and working with advanced equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of production and general labor duties. Handle and process glass and related materials safely. Operate equipment such as overhead cranes, saws, edgers, air tools, and forklifts (training provided). Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective gear (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe/composite boots). Maintain a clean, organized work area. Complete production and inspection documentation accurately. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

What We're Looking For Availability:

Able to work rotating/swing shifts (Daylight 7am-3pm, Midnight 11pm-7am). Swing shift is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently lifting up to 50 lbs. (occasionally up to 70 lbs.), standing and walking for long periods, bending, and working in varying temperatures (hot/cold environments).

Skills:

Basic math and geometry skills; able to read measuring devices (tape measure, calipers, micrometers).

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Background:

Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.

What We Offer Starting pay:

$17.00/hour

Increase:
