Group Lead - Clean Room Manufacturing (1st Shift)
Location:
Cranberry Township, PA Shift:
Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Lead a team on an assembly line that's making a difference. As a Group Lead , you'll support the production of precision medical components that help improve and save lives. This is a great opportunity for an experienced production associate. This role drives day-to-day line execution, performance, and coordination of production activities in alignment with Supervisor direction, while actively contributing to production as needed. Time allocation between production work and coordination responsibilities will vary based on line complexity, staffing levels, and operational demands. What You'll Do Lead and support production lines to meet safety, quality, and production goals. Train, coach, and mentor team members. Ensure compliance with clean room, safety, and quality standards. Communicate effectively with team members and leadership. Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For 2+ years of manufacturing experience as a senior team member or lead with small parts assembly required. Clean room, packaging, and production documentation experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of manufacturing, quality, and safety processes.
