The Machine Production Operator is a team member who is responsible for preparing and operating our machines with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and consistent execution. Position Summary The Machine Production Operator primarily focuses on Pre-Pack production operations. This hands-on role is responsible for operating production equipment, caring for live insects, performing line work, and ensuring product quality standards are consistently met. This position directly contributes to production efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Troubleshoot equipment and identify root causes of operational issues Perform line work duties associated with machine operations Provide care for live insects throughout the production process Ensure compliance with insect quality standards Prepare boxes, materials, and production supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform all duties with accuracy, care, and efficiency Follow established production procedures and company policies Work independently and as part of a team Communicate professionally with team members and leadership Perform other duties as assigned by management Safety-Focused Work Environment Safety is a top priority in this role.
