Monday thru Friday - 8am to 4pm (Full-time, 37.5 hours per week) What will you be doing? We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our Lifeline team in Johnstown. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products. The Production Worker will assemble and prepare products according to production orders and specifications. The ideal candidate is dependable, has good hand-eye coordination, pays attention to detail, and can follow instructions accurately. Read production orders and bills of material to determine finished product requirements. Visually inspect components for quality and accuracy. Operate a drill press to drill holes in components. Use a utility knife to trim and shape components. Apply components to rope or cable according to specifications. Follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety and quality procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. What are the Job Requirements? High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Reliable and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
