Responsibilities Work on the production line in the Bottling Department. Operate various line positions, including Unscrambler, Orientor, Filler, Capper, Coder, Heat Tunnel, Labeler, and Cartoner.

Rotate through three main positions:

Top Position, Middle Position, and Packer. Ensure bottles are processed correctly, from standing upright to being boxed for shipping. Conduct visual inspections and maintain detailed documentation. Collaborate effectively within a team environment. Essential Skills Attention to detail and ability to read and write English. Ability to stand for the entire shift. Capability to work within a team environment. Experience in production, general labor, packing, inspection, and working in a GMP environment. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a clean, partially climate-controlled environment that adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Foods (SQF) standards, enforced by the FDA. The facility emphasizes stringent policies and procedures to ensure safety and quality. Dress code is jeans and a t-shirt (no buttons or hoodies), with no jewelry or food allowed on the floor due to GMP requirements. The company values teamwork, quality focus, and good attendance, fostering a diverse, multi-cultural workforce. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
