•Ability to read production schedules, follow safety procedures, and communicate concerns promptly. Comfortable working a 12-hour shift in high temperature production environment; stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to wear required PPE and hear alarms and pages. Prior experience operating a forklift or performing quality inspection are a plus but not required! Responsibilities Support production line operations by moving, staging, loading, packing, and organizing materials. Keep work areas clean, safe, and ready for the next step in production. Assist team members and supervisors to help meet daily production goals. Perform basic quality checks and report concerns promptly.
