$21.00/hr with opportunity for increased compensation based on experience & skill development Join our Production Team We're looking for a motivated individual to join our production team in a Metal Fabrication Production Associate position. No previous experience in metal fabrication is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, dependable, detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn. This position could be a great fit for someone with experience in construction, automotive, warehouse work, machine operation, assembly, maintenance, or any other hands-on work who wants to learn a skilled manufacturing trade.

What You'll Do:

This is an entry level position that may include learning various roles and responsibilities on the shop floor. This position offers the opportunity to learn multiple areas of precision metal fabrication and develop valuable skills in press brake operation, automated laser cutting, and so much more. Your responsibilities may include - Learn and operate press brake equipment Operate and tend automated laser cutting equipment Operate robotic welding equipment Separate finished parts from scrap material Install hardware into fabricated parts Deburr and finish parts Perform drilling, tapping, and countersinking operations Perform mechanical assembly Count, inspect, and package finished parts We're Looking for
