$15.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our team. In this role, you will manufacture and assemble metal components that are built into honeycomb-like, frequency-blocking structures. This position requires precision, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble metal pieces used in specialized honeycomb-style structures Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and prepare materials Measure materials accurately using a tape measure to ensure proper specifications Perform quality checks to ensure parts and assemblies meet required standards Load and unload materials and finished products to support production flow Lift and move materials up to 70 lbs throughout the shift using proper lifting techniques Perform basic soldering tasks to join or repair components as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philipsburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
