- Manufacturing Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Associate prepping metal for our shade-product division.

Our products include retractable awnings, sunrooms, decking, and railings.What You'll Do:
Measure, cut, and assemble materials including aluminum, fabric, and glass. Operate hand and power tools to build product components. Install hardware and fittings for awnings, windows, and doors. Follow production schedules and work orders accurately. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency. Assist with loading and staging of materials for delivery or installation. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.What You Bring:
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication preferred. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, or technical drawings. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Forklift or OSHA certification is a plus.Perks & Benefits:
