Operate production equipment and machinery after training. Use small hand tools and basic production equipment. Follow safety procedures and production instructions. Inspect products for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work safely and efficiently in a production environment. Work as part of a team to meet production goals. Perform other production duties as assigned. What We're Looking For No previous manufacturing experience required. Experience working with your hands is a plus. Experience using small hand tools, assembling products, mechanical work, construction, or similar hands-on experience is helpful. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable and punctual. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Ability to work safely in a production environment. Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
