Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in refractory materials, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning new skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

$20 to $25/hr based on experience
Shift:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday Thru Friday What's the Job? Producing refractory ingot boards by mixing materials and pouring or injecting them into molds Baking in an oven and palletizing for shipment Stage molds and hardware utilized to produce ingot boards and assist with equipment changeovers Perform cosmetic work such as hand sanding and checking for cracks, voids, and other defects Take measurements to verify dimensional specifications and operate mobile equipment if needed What's Needed? High School diploma or GED Ability to understand measurements (lbs., oz…) and perform basic math calculations Ability to lift between 40 - 80 pounds Manufacturing environment experience preferred Must pass a basic skills test in math and tape measure reading, background check, and drug test What's in it for me?
