Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$15.50-$17.50 per hour (depending on shift)

A Shift:

Sun-Tuesday then every other Wednesday 7am-7pm

B Shift:

Sun-Tuesday then every other Wednesday 7pm-7am

C Shift:

Thursday-Saturday then every other Wednesday 7am-7pm

D Shift:

Production Operator:

You'll be: Performing manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and packaging activities to produce high-quality medical devices Operating machines efficiently with productivity and product quality in mind Adhering to safety measures and maintaining good housekeeping standards Conducting visual inspections and testing to ensure product quality Trimming and clipping excess plastic as needed Packaging parts appropriately to maintain standards Completing paperwork accurately under GMP standards Promoting teamwork and upholding core values like integrity and customer orientation Supporting a respectful, people-first workplace This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred, not required) Are at least 18 years old Are seeking a meaningful career with no prior experience necessary Are eager to learn new skills and grow professionally Can work assigned shifts and maintain punctuality What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
