Crystal Imagery is hiring a full-time production worker to help create our custom sandcarved glassware. Our production process includes six stages, such as preparing stencils, applying them to glassware, sandcarving, washing, inspecting, packing and shipping finished orders. Team members rotate between production stations rather than performing the same task all day. No previous sandcarving experience is required; we provide training for each stage of the process. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires: Strong attention to detail and quality The ability to follow established procedures Dependable attendance and punctuality Comfort performing repetitive tasks The ability to work independently and as part of a team Remaining on your feet for most of the workday Occasionally lifting and carrying boxes weighing up to 60 pounds Safely handling glassware and production equipment Maintaining a clean and organized work area Moving between assignments as production needs change The right person takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work, stays productive without constant supervision and is willing to help wherever needed.
