As a Production Associate , you'll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality animal supplements and pet food products while working in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment. What You'll Do Read batch sheets and accurately pull ingredients needed for production. Measure and weigh dry, liquid, and powdered ingredients using scales and measuring tools. Transport materials to mixing stations and support batching and mixing operations. Follow Food Safety, GMP, FIFO, and quality standards to ensure safe, consistent products. Complete production paperwork, inventory tracking, and batch documentation accurately. Assist with packaging, filling, warehouse tasks, and inventory control as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Comfortable reading batch sheets, SOPs, and production documentation. Basic math skills, including working with fractions, decimals, and weight conversions. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift. Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or food-processing experience preferred. Clean manufacturing environment with strict food safety and GMP standards. Exposure to food-related ingredients and aromas including brewer's yeast, chicken, beef, and pork. Use of scales, mixers, measuring tools, push carts, and material-handling equipment. Team-oriented setting with cross-training opportunities across production operations. Required attire includes pants, t-shirt, non-slip closed-toe shoes, and GMP protective gear. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Earl, PA.
