Job Description
Aerotek is Hiring Production Associates in North Haven, CT! We're looking for dependable team members to join our production team manufacturing composite seals for the aerospace and automotive industries. In this role, you'll operate equipment, complete assembly and inspection work, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment Follow work instructions and production standards Assemble and inspect parts for quality Use measuring tools and gauges Work with team members to meet production goals Assist in other departments when needed Qualifications Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is a plus Good attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Basic computer and math skills Able to read and write in English High school diploma or GED preferred Able to lift up to 25 lbs. Employees should be comfortable standing, walking, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment throughout their shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Haven, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
