Machine Operator Pay Rate
  • $20/hr.
+ Job Description Join a manufacturing team that produces high-quality printing ink. Operators will be responsible for machine operation, mixing, packaging, quality checks, maintenance, and production support. All positions will train on 1st shift before moving to their assigned schedule. Mixer roles require physical work, including lifting and handling raw materials, while Mill Operators focus on machine operation and production processes. Responsibilities Operate mill machines and mixers to produce batches of printing ink according to specifications. Package finished products, apply labels, perform canning operations, and assist with repacks. Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment while following TPM and safety standards. Perform quality checks, provide ink samples, record production data, and assist with process adjustments as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications 6+ months of production experience required. 3+ months of machine operating experience required. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift. Forklift, mixing, mill operation, or pump filter experience is preferred but not required.

Some mixer positions involve heavy lifting, carrying materials up and down stairs, and working in a messy production environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edwardsville, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
  • $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
