Job Description

Overview MBA Grading Services delivers professional grading and authentication solutions for trading cards and collectible assets. By combining consistent evaluation standards with a focus on reliability and transparency, we help support confidence in the collectibles marketplace. Our team plays a critical role in preserving value, enhancing marketability, and maintaining the integrity of graded assets. This position reports to the Operations Manager. As an Asset Titling Specialist, As an Asset Titling Specialist, you'll play a key role in accurately identifying and titling trading cards, collectibles, and other assigned assets throughout the grading process. Following established company standards, procedures, and naming conventions, you'll review assigned items, research relevant information using approved resources, and create clear and consistent titles within company systems. You'll work within established workflows and priorities while meeting expectations for accuracy, quality, and productivity. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, comfortable following defined processes, and enjoy working with trading cards and collectibles in a structured team environment. This role includes travel. Responsibilities Review assigned assets and collectibles and create accurate, consistent titles in accordance with company-established naming conventions, standards, templates, and procedures. Complete titling assignments according to daily production priorities, schedules, deadlines, and work queues established by management. Follow established company guidelines when determining the appropriate terminology, formatting, categories, descriptors, and other information included in asset titles. Research asset or collectible information using company-approved resources, systems, reference materials, and processes as necessary to complete assigned work. Enter, update, and maintain titles and related information within designated company systems and databases. Review work for accuracy, spelling, formatting, consistency, and compliance with company standards before submitting or completing assignments. Submit unclear, unusual, incomplete, or questionable items to a supervisor or designated team member for direction or approval rather than independently establishing new standards or procedures. Make corrections and revisions to titles as directed by supervisors, quality-control personnel, or other designated employees. Follow established quality-control procedures and respond to coaching, feedback, and performance expectations regarding accuracy and productivity. Meet productivity, quality, attendance, scheduling, and other performance expectations established by the company. Participate in required training, team meetings, coaching sessions, and process updates. Follow company procedures regarding the handling, documentation, confidentiality, security, and protection of assets, collectibles, records, and company information. Use company-provided or company-approved systems, equipment, software, and resources in accordance with established procedures. Additional duties as assigned. Essential Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in orders, labeling, and inventory. Ability to handle delicate and high-value collectibles with care and consistency. Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and use of inventory or tracking systems. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple submissions and workflows simultaneously. Time management skills and ability to meet productivity and turnaround expectations. Clear communication skills for coordinating with team members and escalating issues when needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with repetitive tasks. Problem-solving skills to identify and address errors or inconsistencies in submissions. Physical ability to perform routine operational tasks above. Additional Skills/Experience Recommended Prior Customer Service experience. Familiarity with trading cards or the collectibles market. Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory management. Understanding of grading standards or card condition assessment. Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
