This is an entry-level, in-office position focused primarily on resizing and adapting graphics for different formats, platforms, and screen sizes. The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, interested in artificial intelligence, and eager to learn new design tools and workflows. Professional design experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Resize and adapt graphics for social media, digital displays, websites, print materials, and other formats Use AI-powered tools to assist with graphic design, image editing, and production Make basic layout, cropping, formatting, and image adjustments Organize digital files and follow established naming and folder systems Review completed graphics for accuracy, image quality, spelling, and correct dimensions Complete multiple assignments while meeting deadlines Follow brand guidelines and production instructions Work closely with team members and respond to feedback Learn new AI, design, and computer tools as needed Qualifications Strong general computer skills Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to continue learning Basic understanding of graphic design, image sizing, resolution, and file formats Good attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and manage repetitive production tasks accurately Reliable, punctual, and able to work in our office Comfortable working independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent Preferred but Not Required Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Canva, or similar software Experience using generative AI or AI-assisted design tools Coursework, personal projects, or a portfolio related to design or digital media Familiarity with preparing graphics for social media, digital screens, or print What We Offer Training and hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative workflows An opportunity to build practical graphic design and production skills Supportive, collaborative work environment Opportunities to learn new tools and grow with the company [Add benefits, schedule, paid time off, employee discounts, or other perks] Schedule Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. This is an in-office position at our Shelby Charter Township location.
