Production Assistant

Seeking a Production Assistant to join our team. We are a staging production company - we manage the stage production of live shows, normally as part of larger corporate meetings, fan conventions, entertainment and special events. The job of a Production Assistant is part Administrative Assistant, and part Producer in-training. It's a demanding and fun job that seldom gets dull. This will be a part time job, and as of now, temporary - through July 2026. Looking for 8-10 hours a week with a flexible schedule. There may be an opportunity for more hours after a few weeks. •Please note that there will likely be travel involved for the week of June 22 . Other travel possibilities may come up. Responsibilities:

Work closely with event organizing teams. Coordinate schedules. Generate reference documents, including visuals. Take copious notes and minutes during meetings. Research, procure, and help manage vendors. Brainstorm and recommend creative elements to enhance our clients' projects. Constantly update specifications documents within a project. Help maintain budgets. Learn (or continue learning) about event technology.

Must-have Qualifications:

Proficiency with spreadsheets. Enjoys working with people from other teams as part of a project. Comfortable working virtually (email, conference calls, shared drives, etc.) Strong writing skills.

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

Ability to use design, editing, or presentation software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience in event planning. College degree. Ability to travel. ---- galorelive.com
