1st Shift 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM About UltraPress UltraPress is a fast-growing custom apparel company specializing in high-quality screen-printed apparel for businesses and organizations across the country. We operate out of a modern, fully climate-controlled production facility in Farmers Branch and use automated screen-printing equipment to keep our operation fast, organized, and efficient. The Role We're looking for a dependable, hard-working Production Associate to join our team. This is a hybrid position split between two important areas of our operation: Approximately 50% of your shift will be spent reclaiming screens , preparing used screen-printing screens so they can be reused for future jobs. Approximately 50% of your shift will be spent picking and packing orders , accurately pulling garments from inventory and preparing orders for production or shipment. This is a hands-on position that's a good fit for someone who likes staying active and working independently Screen Reclaiming You'll help keep our screen department moving by: Removing tape from used screens Scraping excess ink from screens Applying screen-reclaiming chemicals Using a pressure washer to remove emulsion and clean screens Inspecting screens to make sure they're completely clean Organizing reclaimed screens for reuse Keeping the reclaim area clean and organized Please note: Screen reclaiming is a wet, physical job. You'll regularly work with water, cleaning chemicals, ink residue, and a pressure washer while wearing the appropriate protective equipment. Picking & Packing During the other portion of your shift, you'll help prepare customer orders by: Reading and following order pick lists Locating the correct garment styles, colors, and sizes Counting and pulling garments accurately Organizing completed picks for production Packing completed orders when needed Verifying quantities and order accuracy Keeping inventory and work areas organized You don't need previous screen-printing experience. We can train the right person. We're primarily looking for someone who: Shows up consistently and on time Works with a sense of urgency Pays close attention to details Can accurately count and follow written instructions Is comfortable performing repetitive physical work Can stay productive while working independently Takes pride in keeping their workspace clean and organized Is comfortable switching between different production tasks during the day Can safely lift and move boxes of garments throughout the shift Work Environment You'll work inside our fully climate-controlled production facility in Farmers Branch, TX . This is an active production job rather than a desk position. You should expect to be standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working with your hands throughout most of the shift. PLEASE NOTE

if you are selected for the interviews please expect there to be a hands on portion of the interview where you'll be asked to perform some simple tasks.

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
